WE BELIEVE

  • We believe it is God’s inspired Word and the final authority for doctrine, correction, and instruction in living a godly life.

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness." 2 Timothy 3:16

  • We believe in the oneness of God — that the one true and living God has revealed Himself to humanity as Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Spirit in regeneration.

One God, who made Himself known through Jesus Christ and now dwells in believers through His Spirit.

“There is one body, and one Spirit... One Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.” Ephesians 4:4–6

“Hear, O Israel; the Lord our God is one Lord.” – Deuteronomy 6:4, Mark 12:29

  • All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, but through His grace, salvation is available to all. It is not earned by works, but received by faith.

"For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" - Romans 3:23

"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." - Ephesians 2:8–9

  • We believe the Gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, and we obey the Gospel through repentance, water baptism in Jesus' name, and the infilling of the Holy Ghost — just as the early church did.

"Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." - Acts 2:38-39

This promise is for everyone — no matter your age, background, or past. Salvation through Jesus Christ is available to you.

  • As Christians, we are called to love God and love others. We worship God with joy and strive to live lives that are pleasing to Him — both inwardly and outwardly — in our thoughts, words, and actions.

Through the power of the Holy Spirit, we are enabled to walk in holiness, bear spiritual fruit, and live a life that reflects Christ. As an Apostolic church, we believe the gifts of the Spirit are active today and available to all Spirit-filled believers.

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart... and thy neighbour as thyself." - Mark 12:30–31

"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance..." - Galatians 5:22–23

"Let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." - 2 Corinthians 7:1

  • We believe Jesus Christ will return again to gather His Church. We await His return with hope and expectation.

"And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also." - John 14:3

"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord." - 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17
